“I was hesitant to make yet another referral to a behaviourist, with limited improvements in the past. Connecting with Jess was a totally pleasurable experience! I enjoyed our zoom sessions and always felt Jess really listened. 

We had got really stuck for over 6 months and part of me felt that nothing could be done having exhausted the advice and medication from my vet. Main issue being Dora not wanting to go for walks.

"We joined a behavioural assessment for our dog Poppy who is a dog-reactive shepherd. Jess is very knowledgeable about shepherds and her advice really resonated with us. Both Jess and Kym were professional, understanding and great at teaching. They listened well and got us working around 3 different dogs within 1 hour. This is something no other trainer has ever done with us. We did the assessment yesterday and I’m just back from a super successful walk with Poppy.
