The 8-week behavioural block includes 4 Zoom consultations, and during each you will be given customised homework designed initially to lower your dog's stress by focussing on their sleep, on giving them real quality uptime (a snuffle mat does not cut it for working breeds!) and how they obtain resources. Once your dog's baseline stress has reduced, we will then focus on targeted behaviour change.

Unlike other online packages, I'm not going to give you generic advice, and I'm also not going to overwhelm you with all of my recommendations for your dog at once, as dogs are complex creatures, and the order in which we approach unpicking their behaviours matters.

We’ll look at your dog’s day-to-day life and routine, their health, their diet, sleep, food, play, social contact, and freedom, and I'll guide you through how you can adjust your lives together to help your dog from the foundations up - If you are reading this you are probably already burned out by information overload from online, and from trying any number of "one simple trick"s that only look at the surface issues your dog has, rather than addressing the root cause.

You’ll receive:

• 1 × 90-minute initial Zoom consultation

• 3 × 60-minute follow-ups

(All sessions are completed within the 8-week block to maintain clarity and momentum.)

Each session includes verbally explained, tailored homework specific to your dog and household.

A single block is often enough to resolve mild to moderate behavioural issues. For more complex cases, you can progress into a Behaviour Intensive block when ready.

The Behaviour Intensive is a high-contact, three-week block of targeted behavioural coaching designed for dogs with urgent or complex needs such as aggression, resource guarding, severe reactivity, stranger danger, or touch sensitivity/touch aggression.

For most dogs, this level of work is most effective after the 8-Week Behavioural Block, once their sleep, routine, and stress levels have stabilised enough for deeper behavioural change.

However, if you are currently struggling with active aggression or safety issues in the home and need immediate, high-contact support, you can begin with the Behaviour Intensive instead.

Residential vs Online – Choosing the Right Route

This block can be used in place of a residential stay for dogs who cannot travel to the Scottish Highlands, need owner-present involvement, or where boarding is not appropriate.

However, if a board and train is feasible for your dog, a residential stay will often be preferable.

Residential work allows me to lift much more of the emotional load from your dog in the early stages, stabilise their foundations quickly, and gather very precise information that is harder to obtain over Zoom alone.

The Behaviour Intensive is designed for dogs who need:

Daily support implementing safety and management

Close guidance as we make behaviour changes week to week

Frequent review, problem-solving, and adjustments so you never feel alone tackling complex issues.

Video review support: up to 5 short videos/week (≤ 5 minutes each) with voice-note replies (Sun–Thurs, 24-hour response time)

Only two Behaviour Intensive clients are taken at any one time to ensure you and your dog receive the focused, high-contact support this work requires.

Behaviour Intensive Plus is my highest-access behavioural support tier, offering unlimited video reviews, unlimited WhatsApp guidance, and weekly Zoom sessions for continuous, real-time progress.

You can send unlimited short videos (up to 5 minutes each) throughout the week, and I will reply with detailed voicenote feedback so we can refine timing, handling, structure, and communication as things happen.
This prevents setbacks, keeps momentum steady, and allows us to troubleshoot early.
